Cancellation policy for African Affair Bush Retreat

  •  Customers acknowledge that they are aware that cancellations may have significant financial implications for the Customer’s account. Cancellations therefore shall only be valid if received by the Company in writing and acknowledged by the Company in writing.
  • In the event of services being cancelled by the Customer more than 90 days prior to date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, less any costs incurred or charges levied by suppliers up to the date of cancellation.
  • In the event of services being cancelled by the Customer 90 days or less prior to the date of arrival, the following cancellation fees, calculated as from the date of receipt of notice of cancellation, shall apply:
  • • 90-60 days before date of arrival: 30% of total quoted tour price, as set out in the pro forma invoice, shall be due.

    • 59-30 days before date of arrival: 50% of the total tour price as set out in the pro forma invoice, shall be due.

     •29 or less days before date of arrival, the total tour price as set out in the pro forma invoice, shall be due.

    • The Customer agrees that any deposit and or further payment (whether in full or in part) made towards the scheduled tour shall be allocated to paying the cancellation fees as set out herein, whether in full or in part.

    • Customers are encouraged to take out travel insurance in respect of the tour.
